Rock Bird

An early creation in the assemblage of collected glass. I began my odyssey experimenting with glass, resin, rock, acrylic paint. Together the pieces came to resemble a bird or pieces of bird. As a compostable material, the resin holding the glass to the rock has worn away in some spots. The glass has a natural attraction to earth, I suppose. Some of the rocks are rock beds for the lavender.
