As an artist with a deep connection to the Earth and a dedication to an earth-based spirituality, my journey is one of learning to coexist with the natural world. It's about allowing my sensitivity to become attuned to the Earth's spirit and to the people who share this space. It's a harmonious dance of senses and emotions while maintaining inner peace and joy. In moments of urgency, this harmony is akin to approaching a state of Christ-consciousness. Much like Jesus, who, even when faced with betrayal, remained unwavering and true to himself, we too can find strength in our sensitivity.
Today is a new day, and my spirit soars as high as the sweet melody of a bird, singing its praises amidst the fertile rain. The bright blue sky, highlighted by the sun, paints a vivid backdrop for the shimmering leaves of the mighty oak tree, swaying gracefully in the breeze. The clouds, like wanderers, traverse the sky, perhaps on a journey back to the sea. What a glorious day, and I offer my gratitude to the universe...
Observing a hummingbird in its playful flight around a resilient, young tree, I'm reminded of the resilience within us. This tree endures the cacophony of a nearby AC unit without losing its grace. It teaches us to rise above our circumstances, to stand tall in our sensitive, caring nature. Our hearts, as expansive as the sky, hold the courage and determination to shine as brightly as the sun, transcending inhumanity with our brilliance.
